The very first thing we want to do is activate the series of Aspen equipment needed. If not, they can’t be selected in Flex Jobs. In the screenshots below, we have the CM series activated for the evap coils as well as the AEN furnace series.
After the proper series is activated go to FlexJobs and create the mobile home installation job. In the Office side of OnCall Air, click on FlexJobs, then click on “Create FlexJob”
While in the job creation area, fill out the sections as needed until you see the area to add in products and installation items.
Once you reach the Included Items section, click on “Add Products”. This will take you to the screen to search for the equipment you’d like to add to the job. Use the search bar at the top to go through the equipment.
When searching for your equipment, be advised you’ll need at least the first 3 characters of the model number. You can also type in “Aspen” and Aspen units should populate. FlexJobs allows you to add whatever equipment you like to the job, so there’s no need to be concerned about the different tonnages.
Add the necessary units needed for the job.
Continue with adding any notes for your team, then finalize your price for the job. Be advised that you can set your own price via the Price Override feature, or use the Additional FlexJob Pricing settings along with the cost of the equipment for the system to set the price of the job.
Save your job and ensure it is published.
You'll now be able to select it on the proposal side when building quotes!
