You can easily specify which system types your additional items should appear on. It will help you clean up your Accessories and Installation Items screens and make the selection easier.
For example, Gas Piping Installation Items should only show up on Furnace jobs, so we need to select Furnace and AC with Furnace System type when editing the Item:
Go to the "Office" section of your software.
Find the Installation Item or Accessory you want to edit in the list and click on it.
In the "System Types" section, you will see a list of all available system types.
Click on the checkbox next to the relevant system types (like Ductless or Boilers) to select them.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Now, the selected Installation Item or Accessory will only appear as an option when you are working on a job that involves the selected system types. This will help to streamline your workflow and ensure that you only see relevant items for each job.
Remember to repeat this process every time you add a new system type to ensure that all your Accessories and Installation Items are correctly associated.
