The Live Equipment section within the office enables you to review equipment currently activated in your account, including their cost and availability. You can also deactivate any individual piece of equipment that you may no longer offer. This provides you with greater control over the equipment that appears in your Oncall Air account.

Lets review how it works in more detail.

How to Activate & De-activate Equipment

Make your way to the office and click on Equipment --> Live Equipment:

Next, select the live connected partner (Connector), equipment type, and brand for the equipment you wish to browse among:

Here you will see a list of the Active & Inactive series available for that brand and equipment type.

A series is considered Active when one or more model numbers are listed as active.

A series is considered Inactive when no model numbers within the series are listed as active.

To activate & deactivate a model or series, click on the series to expand and review all of the products associated with that series. Here, you can find the specific model numbers, the corresponding prices from the connected distributor, and the most up-to-date inventory information from the warehouse associated with your OnCall Air account.

To activate a product, select its checkbox and then click save; for deactivation, unselect the product and click save.

What happens to deactivated equipment?
