Enhance the efficiency of your single zone ductless process by establishing your frequently sold ductless offerings as preloaded bundles. This approach will accelerate proposal creation and contribute to a more streamlined workflow.

Activate Ductless Equipment

Begin by activating your Ductless Outdoor and Indoor units that you want to be available for selection. To proceed, navigate to the Office section, then access Equipment and choose Live Equipment Manager. From there, select the brand & component type (start with Ductless Outdoor, then proceed to Ductless Indoor). Activate the specific series you wish to make accessible within your OnCall Air account. Carrier & Bryant dealer, please note that some products may be listed under the MULTI brand due to the fact they are categorized as both Carrier & Bryant :

Please note that the Live Equipment Manager section pertains to customers who are utilizing live equipment for their ductless products. If you have purchase your ductless equipment from a distributor that is not connected, you will need to initially create your ductless indoor and outdoor units as custom equipment.

How to Set up Single Zone Ductless Bundles

Once you have activated your ductless products, the next step is to set-up your bundles. To do this, head to the Office --> Click on Equipment --> Bundle Manager. Select the Single Zone Ductless system type:

Click Add Bundle under each capacity and select the ductless outdoor and indoor unit you would like paired together. These bundles will now be ready to select when building a proposal in the proposal app.

Pricing Engine For Single Zone Ductless Bundles

Make sure that you set your Labor, Material, and Margin percentages for the Single Zone Ductless system type in the Pricing Engine.

Click Pricing Engine, under Base Pricing Strategy find Single Zone Ductless. Be sure to enter your Base Labor Cost, Base Material Cost, Gross Margin on Labor and Material (If applicable) and Gross Margin on Equipment

Multi-zone quotes involve a higher level of complexity due to the one-to-many relationship between outdoor and indoor units. Therefore, it is recommended to leverage Flexjobs for creating multi-zone ductless quotes.
