Adding Email Addresses for Accepted Proposal Alerts

How to add Business Email addresses to receive accepted proposal email notifications

You can set emails for multiple team members to receive a copy of every accepted proposal. They will receive these copies via email notifications, once a proposal is signed and accepted.

Edit the Business Email Address field to do so:

Step 1: If you are an admin, go to the Office >> Settings >> My Company

Step 2: Enter each email address separated by a comma ( , ) under the Business Email Address field.

Step 3: Click SAVE.

There is no way to set emails to receive every presented proposal automatically, but you can email a customer proposal to as many emails as you like.
