How to send more personal emails with the proposal to your customers

Sending personalized emails can be a great way to build relationships with your customers. Personal messages thanking the homeowner for their interest and reviewing the proposal(s) shows that you are willing to go the extra mile to understand their needs.  Add even more to your email by attaching photos of the homeowners current system and any other documents that may help the homeowner with their decision. 

How can I send personalized emails? 

There are two ways you can send emails with personalized messages.

  1. Forward the email to yourself, then send it to the customer with a message (Click Here for Tutorial)

  2. Send a personalized email that includes the proposal link.  

    Steps to send a personalized email: 

  1. Send the proposal to your email only (not the customer)

2. Copy the link in the email that you receive 

3. Compose a new email with your homeowners address --> Type a personalized message --> Paste the Proposal link --> Send to Customer! 

Tip: You can also attach photographs of the homeowners old system and any other brochures or warranties you want to include.
