When ready to start a financing application with your customers, you will always have to head over to the "Estimate and Apply" tab, regardless of the lender you will be selecting. Fortiva's application, however, may result from:
a) Selecting Fortiva as the lender option
b) Finance+'s Waterfall feature
a) Selecting Fortiva as the lender option
From the Home screen, please select Estimate and Apply
Input a loan amount and select Fortiva as the financing option.
Hit Next or send an Easy Link.
If you hit Next, your customer will be able to proceed to fill out the application on your device or will receive a text or email with the link to get started if you sent an Easy Link instead.
Once the application is filled out and the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions, a financing decision will be made in seconds!
When approved, the consumer can accept the offer right away, but if this is not the case, the offer will be available for 30 days, and you will be able to go back to the offer at a later date and accept it. All offers can be found under Leads and History.
b) Finance+'s Waterfall feature
If you have both GreenSky and Fortiva connected in your Finance+ app and your customer applies for financing with GreenSky, if declined, the application will waterfall into Fortiva, allowing the customer to try this other lender option without the need to fill out the credit application again.
From the Home screen, please select Estimate and Apply
Input a loan amount and select GreenSky as the financing option.
If you hit Next, your customer will be able to proceed to fill out the application on your device or will receive a text or email with the link to get started if you sent an Easy Link instead.
Once the application is filled out and the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions, a financing decision will be made in a matter of seconds!
If declined by the prime lender, GreenSky, the application will waterfall into Fortiva, giving the consumer the option to try with this second look lender.
When approved, the consumer will be given 2 options and can accept the offer right away. If this is not the case, the offer will be available for 30 days, and you will be able to return to it at a later date and accept it then. All offers can be found under Leads and History.
