How to reset a password and successfully login

If you are having issues with your login please, check the steps to Troubleshoot.

You can also try the Forgot Password option:

  1. Enter the email address you use for this account

  2. Click 'Submit'

  3. Check for the email subject "Here is your Finance+ confirmation Code"

  4. Paste the code into the Verification Code field

  5. Type in a new secure password

  6. Click 'Login'

  7. [recommended] Update saved password.

Note: if you do not see the email come through within a few minutes, make sure it's not stuck in the Junk or Spam folder. We strongly suggest adding ops@creditforcomfort.com to your mailbox contacts list to avoid missing any important updates and support info.
