The latest enhancement empowers users to edit and manage model numbers for custom accessories, addressing potential confusion caused by automatically generated model numbers. This subtle improvement can streamline processes, enhance usability, and boost efficiency in proposal creation and order processing. A small but crucial update, making OnCall Air even more user-friendly.

When creating a custom accessory, you now have the ability to customize the model number.

By default, we will generate a model number for the custom accessory. However, if you wish to make changes, you can edit this model number by clicking the pencil icon.

Please note the character limit for a custom accessory model number is 50 characters.

When building a proposal, you will see the model numbers on the accessory tab. You can also search by the accessory model number using the search bar on the accessory tab:
