Data+ is a powerful way to gain new insights into your business

We're excited to announce the beta release of Data+, a new optional add-on for getting valuable data and insights out of OnCall Air.

In this article, we'll provide a brief introduction to what it is, how to use it, and -- most important -- why it's worth checking out!

This article introduces the basics of Data+, but since we're in beta the best way to try is to give it a test drive by requesting beta access here.

With the Beta, you'll get the first 30 days to try it out without any fees or commitment.

What is Data+?

Data+ is a new Add-On for OnCall Air, that unlocks a powerful data and reporting system that admin users can access via the Office admin section of OnCall Air.

The Data+ menu gives you options for a variety of pre-defined reports that you can use to gather trends about your business, your team, your sales and the products that you offer.

Once you activate the Data+ Menu, you'll have access to the reports below -- and more coming soon.

What can I do with Data+?

There's many ways to use Data+ to get trends, insights, or exports of your business.

These are just some examples:

  • Search for the products you quote and sell (equipment, accessories, install items, etc) and find out in which quotes you sold them

  • Get quick insights into high value proposals that are close to expiring, or perhaps have had a lot of customer viewing activity.

  • Use powerful filters and exports to get just the right data for your analysis

  • Take a look at lost opportunities, alongside reasons and notes taken by your team.

  • See how your company (and team members) is performing compared to last 30 days and the same time frame the prior year

  • Understand which Rebates and Financing plans you're offering, and which ones are involved in more sales

  • Export detailed reports of your consultations and/or sold jobs, so that you can analyze separately or import into other systems

  • Get a view of the activity across all proposals in your system. All in one place.

These are just some examples of the capabilities of this new add-on. We'll be adding many more over the coming weeks and months.

How do the Filters and Exports work

Many of the reports in Data+ have a similar spreadsheet-like table. This allows you to quickly:

  1. Sort items

  2. Search across anything in the table

  3. Export to a CSV

  4. Do advanced Filtering

How does the Add-On and Beta work?

This is an optional new service for OnCall Air, and it's priced based on admin users.
