The Brand Override functionality enables you to display your chosen brand name during presentations. This allows you to promote your specific brand to your consumers.

How it Works

In essence, after creating a consultation and clicking 'Present', the system will replace the brand logo and name in the product description with the brand you prefer.

Let's look at an example.

How to Setup a Brand Override

To initiate a brand override, please contact the Customer Success team either through the chat box within OnCall Air, or by emailing support@oncallair.com. In your request, specify the brand you wish to replace and the brand you want to display. Additionally, provide an image of the logo of the brand you wish to show.

Please note that the brand override feature only applies to live equipment brands. Users already have the ability to control the brand name, logo, and product descriptions for their custom equipment offerings.

Can I modify the images associated with live equipment?

Certain products might display the brand logo on the live equipment's specific image. However, you have the option to override these images and select one that you prefer. Click here for more information.
