The OnCall Air survey section lets you capture valuable information about the customer and the job site. Apart from entering the text, you can attach multiple media files to your responses.
You can take photos of the condition and location of existing equipment.
You can attach PDFs with the Manual J calculations, warranties, financing, or signatures that you may need to capture.
How does it work?
Step One: Create a consultation and work your way to the Survey tab
Step Two: Click on the survey question you would like to upload a picture for
Step Three: Click on the Upload Media paperclip.
Step Four: After you have finished adding your images, click the Save button.
View Attachments
You can see all of the attached images and PDFs inside the Inspector's Additional Attachments section. Every image is clickable and you can expand it to see more details.
Your technicians can use this section to do their job faster and more effectively.
Example on the Accepted Proposal:
5MB is limit for each asset (image/attachment)
5 total assets for each survey question.
So the limit for the consultation has to do with how many questions, as each question can carry 5 items, and each item can be 5MB.
