The Proposal Inspector is a multi-purpose page in OnCall Air that explains all the details that went into a particular proposal option. It can be used and shared to review the equipment, accessories, survey items, pricing, and much more.

But here are some quick tips on using it specifically as a Job Sheet for the Install Crew:

The Proposal Inspector can be accessed on an Accepted Job by expanding the proposal in the home screen of OnCall Air:

Once you expand that, you'll see the option at the top with the name of the Accepted proposal. Click it to open the Inspector:

Open the Inspector. If you are logged in as an Admin, be sure to click on "Hide Pricing" so that the Install Sheet doesn't show any of the pricing formulas:

Then you can print it or save it as a PDF, and email to your installers (or attach it to your dispatch and scheduling software).

Looking for the PDF button? It's built into your browser. Just click to Print, and then your browser will give you the opportunity to "Save as PDF".
