How an accepted quote gets back to Housecall Pro

A brief guide explaining how you can work the accepted proposal back in Housecall Pro

The integration to Housecall Pro not only saves you time creating proposals, but also when managing the installation job and even invoicing.

Lets see how it works:

Once a proposal is accepted in OnCall Air, the system will automatically post the information about that accepted quote into a new unscheduled Job automatically for that customer inside Housecall Pro.

The job contains a few items:

  1. It is automatically tagged as an OnCall Air proposal, so that you can filter and report by this tag

  2. It contains an invoice amount that corresponds to the Total Investment from the accepted job in OnCall Air.

  3. It has two important links: (A) The first link takes you to the signed proposal in OnCall Air, and (B) the second link pulls up the Job Inspector (without any pricing or cost information), so that your techs can see all the important details, work items, and survey notes about the job.
