How to track what happens with your proposal

What is Proposal History? 

The Proposal History allows you to view any activity associated with Proposals that are sent to your customers. It is the series of events that occur throughout the lifecycle of the consultation. You can view things like:

  • When a proposal was created

  • When a proposal was presented

  • When a proposal was edited

  • When a proposal was emailed or sent to a customer

  • When a customer viewed a proposal, and which choice they viewed

  • When auto-follow ups were sent out

  • When a proposal was accepted


How can I use Proposal History?

Gain a better understanding of your customer's behavior

With the ability to track proposals, you will be able to see which specific proposal options your customer's view and which choice they end up accepting. This gives you more insight into how your customers interact with your proposals. 

Know when to follow up with your customers

The Live tracking feature will show IF and WHEN the customer has clicked to view the proposal you sent them.
The customer hasn't opened your proposal yet? Go ahead and give them a call to see if they need anything.
The customer just viewed proposal option one? Reach out to them to see if they have any questions about that specific proposal. 

Use the Live Tracking Feature as a Coaching Tool 

Select past proposals and use the log to review customer actions with your sales team.  Generate ideas, identify common patterns, and help improve your sales process. 


How to View History? 

  • Click on the right end of any of your Consultations

  • You will see the proposal Info Card

  • Click on View History

  • The History will expand with the detailed logs

  • Every version of a presented proposal will show up in the right column of the History
