You and your teammates can add extra Labor and Material on any FlexJob before or after including or recommending it on a proposal.

To do that, use the View/Edit feature available across all main steps of proposal building.

You can also describe any Labor and Material exclusions in the 'Custom Description' section.

  1. Add any additional Material Cost value, if needed.

  2. Add any additional Labor Hours value, if needed (based on the Labor Rate specified in the FlexJob Pricing Settings ).

  3. New Adjusted Price is calculated automatically as changes are made using this formula:

Adjusted Price = ((Labor Hours * Labor Rate) + Material Costs)/GM Target%

7. Review the new Adjusted Price since it will be visible to the customer.

8. Include or Recommend this Customized FlexJob on any proposal option.

Example of Additional Labor and Material:

πŸ”ˆ NOTE: Adding Labor and Material will not impact any FlexJobs that are already included/recommended on a proposal. All the changes to a FlexJob are custom, on the fly, so you do not need to worry about messing up your original FlexJob item.
