Any user on your team can easily find a Lost Consultation due to its gray outline and a ‘Lost’ label.
How to Find Lost Consultations
You will find Lost Consultations if you browse through the list of all consultations in the navigator and, if you are an admin, you can also find them on the Consultations page of the Office.
You can click to view the details as you would do with other consultations, however, you will see exactly what the consumer will see: a pop-up that explains that the consultation is currently unavailable.
Note: You cannot email (or share) the link to this proposal while it is marked Lost.
However, you will have everything you need to review for this consultation inside the proposal history.
If you wish to make the consultation available to consumers, you will have to Unmark Lost.
