Let's review the possible events.
Lost
When you mark it Lost, the log will say When, Why (reasons), and by Whom
Lost ……… 12/15/21 11:49 AM………….. Consultation marked as Lost by Mark Messier.
(Reason: Price Concern)
Consumer Viewed Lost
We will send an email alert to the owner of the proposal (assignee) when the consumer tries to access a Lost proposal.
Unmark Lost
When you unmark proposal Lost, the log will say When and by Whom
