The consultant performance report is based on the consultation assignee at the time of the query.

It includes the breakdown of the jobs they won (accepted), have in front of the customer (presented), and lost(lost).

⚠️ Reported data always ignores TEST consultations ⚠️

The conversion rate is calculated by dividing the number of Accepted by the number of Total consultations that were both created and presented during that period.

Let’s have a look at the example.

Olivia Silva created 20 consultations between December 1 and December 15.

Out of those 20, she presented 4.

One of those got accepted on December 10.

Another one was declined due to Price Concerns on December 9.

Two others are still being reviewed by customers, so we have no final decision yet.

This leaves us with 4 Total presented and 1 Accepted between December 1 and December 15.

So Olivia’s Conversion Rate = 1 / 4 = 25%
