The graph shows what percent of all Lost consultations had Price Concern, Competitor, Canceled, etc.
The report will only show the reasons that apply.
Let’s look at an example.
Air Ninjas presented 20 consultations between December 1 and December 15.
Out of those 20, 10 were lost reasons being:
5 got Postponed (50%).
2 lost to Missing Products (20%)
1 lost to Competitor (10%)
1 got Canceled (10%)
Another 1 for some Other reason (10%)
As you are expanding the timeframe in the dashboard, the reported numbers will adjust.
