How do I setup the "OnCall Air" tag in ServiceTitan?

The OnCall Air Customer Success Team will confirm via email that your connection is done. You will need to create a tag in ServiceTitan. This is a one-time setup and is a critical step for the integration to work.

Step 1 | Go to 'Settings'

Click 'Settings' in your ServiceTitan Dashboard. Settings can be found in the upper right hand corner of your ServiceTitan account.

Step 2 | Click 'Operations'

From the Settings section Click 'Operations' .

'Operations' can be found on the left side of the screen.

After you click 'Operations' a list will appear and you will need to Click 'Tag Types'.

In the 'Tag Types' section, click add. Finally, Name the tag “OnCall Air” and click save

IMPORTANT: TAG MUST BE NAMED EXACTLY FOR THE JOBS TO RECOGNIZED AND SENT OVER TO ONCALL AIR.

RECOMMENDED (Optional): Add the OnCall Air tag automatically to a certain Job Type

How do I set up an automatic tag based on Job Type?

The system will automatically add your 'OnCall Air" tag anytime you assign this Job Type to a job.

Step 1 | Go to Settings

Step 2 | Go to 'Operations'

Step 3 | Select 'Job Types'

Step 3 | Click 'Add', add the “OnCall Air” tag in the Tags field and click Save
