In order to initiate the ServiceTitan and OnCall Air connection you will need to send OnCall Air your Tenant ID aka My Tenant ID from your ServiceTitan account.
If you are unsure where to locate the My Tenant ID, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Log into your ServiceTitan account and Click Settings
Step 2. Click Integrations
Step 3. Click API Application Access
Step 4. Send My Tenant ID to Support@oncallair.com
Once we have added your Tenant ID to your OnCall Air Account. We will send further instructions for finalizing the connection.
