Summary

The Potentially Unavailable Equipment section of the Daily Product report allows users to monitor the connected equipment that is included in presented consultations. The equipment that is displayed has shown 0 inventory for more than 180 days in the warehouse(s) associated with the user's OnCall Air account.

Products showing 0 inventory for more than 180 days may be an indication that the product has been replaced or the warehouse no longer stocks that specific model.

How it works:

The first 3 columns show you the Brand, Series, and Model reporting 0 inventory for the past 180 days:


The Included in Presented Consultation(s) column gives you the consultation ID(s) that include the 0 inventory model. This allows you to identify the specific consultation that includes that product:

If you identify that the product should be changed, you can Edit the proposal and rebuild that option using the correct model number. Click here to learn more.
