How to Integrate One ServiceTitan Account with Multiple OnCall Air Accounts

If you have a single ServiceTitan account and want to connect it to multiple OnCall Air accounts, you can use Tags in ServiceTitan to ensure customer information is routed to the correct OnCall Air account.

Step 1: Set Up Tags in ServiceTitan

  1. Create the 'OnCall Air' Tag
    This tag identifies jobs that should be sent to OnCall Air. Here’s a tutorial on how to create tags in ServiceTitan.

  2. Create Tags for Each OnCall Air Account
    For each OnCall Air account you want to integrate, create a unique tag in ServiceTitan. These tags will help direct customer data to the correct account.

    Example:
    If you have two companies—Air Ninjas and Air Warrior—you would create two tags:

    • Air Ninjas

    • Air Warrior

3. Notify OnCall Air
Once your tags are set up, let the OnCall Air team know which tags correspond to which accounts. You can do this via the chatbox inside OnCall Air or by emailing support@oncallair.com. Once OnCall Air receives this information, they will be able to link the OnCall Air accounts with the appropriate tags you created.

Step 2: Use Tags When Booking Jobs

When booking a job in ServiceTitan, select the appropriate tags to ensure the customer information is sent to the correct OnCall Air account.

Example:
If you want the customer to be sent to Air Ninjas, go to the job details, select the customer, and apply the following tags:

  • OnCall Air

  • Air Ninjas

Note: Please be sure to utilize both the OnCall Air tag and the company specific tag

Then click Book Job. The customer information will be sent to the corresponding OnCall Air account:

Step 3: Build and Present the Proposal in OnCall Air

Once the job is booked:

  • You can begin building the proposal in OnCall Air.

  • After the consultation is presented or accepted, the relevant information will be sent back to ServiceTitan.
