5-Year Extended Labor Warranty - $450 cost to contractor
10-Year Extended Labor Warranty - $680 cost to contractor
No cap on markup/sale price
Labor rate $125 per hour - up to 10 hours per claim (no claim limit)
Offer retroactively up to 6 months post-install
Homeowner coverage begins 91 days after enrollment
All digital - no paper submission
A parts allowance of up to $150 can be used for items not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, refrigerant up to $35.00/pound
