A product or installation item added to a FlexJob will by default adjust the price of the FlexJob based on the Pricing Strategy formula.

However, an ADMIN user may want to circumvent this behavior so that products, like Accessories, or Installation Items that have had an explicit price override retain that overridden price.

For some companies, retaining the specific price that they set on an item or product is critical, and when it's included in a FlexJob, the price of the overall FlexJob should use the previously set price rather than re-calculating the price based on the cost.

To set the configuration option, an ADMIN user may do this for a FlexJob by selecting the option in the FlexJob.

This option is set to ‘NO’ by default.

The option applies to Products and Installation Items that are added in the Office by the ADMIN, and when they are added dynamically by a consultant when building a proposal.
