How to see the explanation of the Lost status

You or your teammates might add a Note explaining why the consultation was Lost.

These notes will show up in the Proposal History under the Lost event.

A little button with a note icon will indicate that there is more information to view.

Once you click on the note icon, the notes section will pop up.

These notes can become super important when trying to re-engage the customer.
