  • Easily recommend multiple accessories to your customers with the new quantity on recommended accessories functionality. This functionality streamlines the process of suggesting multiples of the same accessories for both the you and the consumer. Learn more here

  • Once a proposal is accepted, OnCall Air sends important job related information to Service Titan. This relevant information can be viewed within the description section in Service Titan. This enhancement simplifies workflow and minimizes the possibility of confusion or mistakes resulting from incomplete proposal data. Learn more here

Additional Enhancements:

  • When a consultation is unaccepted in OnCall Air, the corresponding estimate in Service Titan will be dismissed. This action is taken to prevent the existence of two open quotes, which has previously led to user confusion.

  • We've implemented several User Interface improvements in the office, aiming to maintain consistency across the application, regardless of the device in use (be it a phone, tablet, or desktop). The recent enhancements primarily targeted the live equipment manager, bundle manager, and the pricing engine.

  • All accounts previously using the legacy CE-Homans connector have been successfully transitioned to the new Homans connector. This proactive measure will circumvent potential future issues associated with the use of a deprecated connector.

  • We've resolved the styling issues that were identified in the Preview Email Templates found within the Office.

  • We've addressed a styling issue in Flexjobs that occurred when accessory names exceeded a certain length.
