How to connect your OnCall Air and E-Commerce accounts

To get started, any admin user of OnCall Air can set up the connection between OnCall Air and the E-Commerce Site.

This is typically a one-time process that we refer to as authentication. It establishes a link between the authorized OnCall Air user and the authorized E-Commerce user.

Each user of OnCall Air can use their credentials to connect to the E-Commerce site. You will only see your own connected

Once this connection is established, the user can begin to use the Quick Order feature on accepted proposals.

How does it work?

  1. From Office >> Settings >> Select Connectors.

  2. Once in this section, you'll see a panel for each of your established connections.

    Note: Only active connectors appear in this section. If you would like to connect to a new supplier, you can request that through chat or support@oncallair.com.

  3. Click "Connect Account".

  4. A new pop-up will prompt you to log into the E-Commerce account and approve access from OnCall Air.

  5. Enter your E-Commerce Credentials (email and password) and Sign In

  6. You are now ready to use the Quick Order feature!
