Selecting an Accepted Proposal for Quick Order
You can use Quick Order to speed up the ordering of items from an Accepted Proposal.
To initiate the process, you must be an admin user, and you should have already established your connection with a participating OnCall Air Connector partner.

Once you have activated your connection (explained here), you'll see the button to Quick Order in the Inspector for any Accepted Proposal that includes products sourced from a participating Connector partner. (Consultant-level users do not see this link).
Pressing the Quick Order button will go through the proposal, and select every product, whether it is equipment or an accessory, that is available to order digitally via your connected supply partner.

Reviewing Items to post to Quick Order
After you click on Quick Order for the connector you'll have the opportunity to review the items that will be added to your E-Commerce cart BEFORE they are added. (Note that non-connected products, like custom accessories or custom equipment, are automatically excluded from this process).

Completing the Order in E-Commerce
Once products are posted to your E-Commerce cart, you'll receive a confirmation message that the products were added successfully.
You'll also see a link that will take you directly to your cart, so that you can finish placing your order on the E-Commerce platform.

Note that the inspector will disable the button so you -- or another admin user -- cannot accidentally post the same products again.
Additionally, you'll see an event in the history of the consultation indicating when the quick order feature was activated.
