What issues you might expect and how to handle them

Problem: Product Price Mismatch

Though it is highly unlikely, you might notice that the cost of a product inside your Inspector sheet does not match the price on your E-Commerce site.

Why is it happening?

As you know, OnCall Air refreshes your pricing every morning to get you in sync with the distributor. However, if the distributor changed your prices between these nightly price warm-ups, you might see the price mismatch.

What can you do?

After confirming the price you see on E-Commerce does not match the price for that exact model number in OnCall Air, send our customer success team a screenshot of both, so they could manually refresh your prices immediately. Use a chat bubble or support@oncallair.com to your preference.
