Q: Can I share access to other OnCall Air users?
Any admin user can connect their own account from the Office admin section under Settings -> Connectors.
Q: Why can't the order just be submitted automatically, instead of having to review my e-commerce cart?
By relying on the E-Commerce platform to submit your order, you have a chance to review important details of the order (e.g., pricing, shipping), and also make any other adjustments to the order, such as adding or removing items or adding a PO number.
Q: What if I want to do a Quick Order for a proposal that has not yet sold?
The Quick Order button is only available on Accepted proposal Inspectors -- AKA “sold” jobs.
Q: What if a proposal is unaccepted and then accepted again?
The Quick Order feature is available on any accepted proposal. However, if a proposal is unaccepted and then re-accepted, the Quick Order button will re-activate in case the user needs to push items to their e-commerce cart again.
If the Quick Order feature had been used previously, the user will still see the log information indicating when the feature was previously used.
