How to make a Lost proposal available to the customer again

Sometimes, the customer might call back. Your team might admit they made a mistake by marking it lost. Or you might want to re-engage the customer proactively. So you need a quick way to remove the Lost status.

Not a problem. If you are an admin user, you will see an option to β€˜Unmark Lost’ on a Lost consultation.

Once the Lost status is removed, the consultation will change its status to Presented.

The follow-up emails will restart.

What will happen next?

Your consumers will be able to view the details remotely.

Your consultation history will show who and when reverted it to Presented.

Admin's dashboard and daily admin reports will update to reflect +1 for Presented and -1 for Lost.
